Delivery great . Nice roomy freezer on door 5 full shelves and 4 shelves and 1 one basket on the bottom. Garage ready and frost free. Only complaint is no lock of the door. Most freezers are lockable for safety reasons.

I love the size. Keeps things cool. I wish it had a lock to keep our kids. Also would be better if it had some organizers. As large as it is, stuff can just fall around. 100% would but again as the wishes can be fixed!

I know that it is early in owning this appliance, but it is spectacular. Out took less than 12 hours for the glad of water I put in it to freeze and it to be ready for food. It has loads of room and I can see everything in there. The space in the door is very nice for smaller items. I set it on the temperature "recommended" on the dial and it has been good. Nice to be able to stock up and have plenty of room. Way better than a chest freezer where everything got lost and I didn't know what I have. I calculated the energy use and it was $6/ month. I think that's not bad for a big freezer.

I am very proud of my Frigidaire stand up freezer! There is plenty of room and I added powder coated wire baskets to hold and organize a variety of my deer meats. It is very very quiet and rolls easy enough for me to pull it away from the wall and vacuum behind it. The delivery crew were very careful with it and guaranteed me it had never been laid down so plugged it up right away and made sure it came on. We really like that it is garage ready and freezes to -4F on the coldest setting. We have it in a cement block building we use for storage and it can get 85F in there in the summer or 30F in the winter! Thank you so much! I still have room for two or three more deer!

Upgraded our 5.8cuft Frigidaire to this larger 20cuft unit because we wanted more room.It cooled off quickly, and the autoclosing door is a big plus. It's in our dining room and we cannot heat it run.Like others noted, the shelves bow under excessive weight. Even the metal ones do that as well.Wish it had 1 more shelf, a green light indicating power like the other units with front displays, and drawers instead of an awkward basket on the bottom, but we still love this unit!
