I love the look of the low profile microwave, and it serves my needs from a heating/ cooking perspective. In addition the LED lighting is greatly appreciated. My only downside is the button to open the door. It should be more prominent so when someone not familiar with it, doesn™™t yank on the door

This microwave is low profile and looks great! It is smaller than a standard microwave but still has plenty of space for anything that I want to heat up. I appreciate the increased space between my stove top and bottom of the microwave. I would recommend this microwave to anyone and do not regret purchasing.

Have had the microwave installed for two weeks and have no issues so far. The features work as the should and have no complaints about how the microwave functions. The only issue with the microwave were the installation instructions. The instructions were not clearly written. It seemed like they were written by someone who did not understand English (bizarre wording, periods in the middle of words, etc). Initially made installation more difficult than necessary.

We ordered the over the range narrow microwave to fit our space plus the great feature of having an inside vent. No need to make a hole in our brick house. Plenty of room for a casserole or rectangular dish. Built in light over the stove and exhaust fan are all pluses! Would recommend for anyone wanting a sleeker look or has a smaller area under the cabinets.

Frees up counter space

Lots of space, but most of it directed in width and length. Heighth is a little restrictive, but I am thrilled with the opened up counter space, modern features and extra power of this microwave. It replaced a behemoth of a counter top model that I had since moving out of my parents house (hint-very old).

Used 4 times, overheated, burnt bottom of microwave, shattered the plate. Frigidaire not replacing due to ™cosmetic damage™. Customer service terrible. While trying to get more information from warranty line agent hung up on me because she said I was complaining. Well duh. Sell an unsafe product and I have to complain. Also purchased a stove that likes to turn on when you bump into the knobs. Will never buy Frigidaire again! If you buy from retailer buy their warranty. I had been waiting on delayed cabinets from Lowe™™s so I missed the 1 month cosmetic damage warranty by Frigidaire. However, I don™™t think the microwave getting too hot should be under cosmetic. It comes with a 1 year warranty but they will get out of that by saying cosmetic damage.

We had to replace an old microwave that was installed under a 15-inch deep cabinet over the range. It was vented to the front as OTR microwaves used to be vented years ago. New OTR microwaves are vented upward and made to go under 12-inch deep cabinets. Our challenge was to find a microwave that, when installed, would be high enough above the range to allow easy "access" to the entire range top since it was going to stick out further. The low profile allowed us to bump out the new microwave as we needed to do while still allowing access to the range, especially the back burners. It is only about 10-11 inches in height, so allows the space needed to work easily on the range top. Also LOVE the open icon that can be used instead of physically opening the door.

Really love the sleek look of this microwave and the overall space inside is a bit smaller than your average microwave, but this wasn't a problem for us as we don't typically microwave anything taller than a standard glass dish. It looks great and functions well, but beware if you're a shorter person, like me (5'4), it is a bit high up. I can reach just fine, but I can't look straight inside due to the height of it.

The microwave is nice, but I am NOT happy the display clock is significantly brighter than the brand new Frigidaire range. They should be the same. The user's manual does not tell you how to adjust the display brightness. If there is a way, please let me know.

I was concerned about how far the microwave would stick out compared to our old, full-sized microwave it replaced. Our range and microwave are angled in a corner of our kitchen and the new low-profile microwave works perfectly in our space. I love the additional space we gained between the range top and the microwave and the fan and light coverage are much better than our old microwave.

We wanted to get rid of the re-circulation exhaust fan that came with the house and upgrade our countertop microwave. The old exhaust didn™™t filter anything and the whole 2 story townhouse smelled like the food we cooked. Our old microwave was tiny due to limited counter space. Before having this amazing machine we had to close all the doors, open the windows and use portable fans to manage the smell. After doing the comparison with other brands on the market, I thought this was the best unit and decided to buy it. I had to wait 2 months for it but it was worth the wait! I absolutely love this appliance. It™™s got everything it needs and works as advertised. The exhaust fan has 3 speeds and both re-circulation and outside venting options. We set it up to vent to outside and it™™s a night and day when cooking! Our house finally doesn™™t smell at all after cooking. The microwave part has a large plate and wide cavity to easily warm up large plates or bowls or bags of popcorn without them getting stuck. I can warm up the food with a single touch of a button. There are 2 LED lamps that light up the stove. The touch screen door operates smoothly with light touch and without any lag. The door opens with a pull on it or with a touch button. The only thing I™™d change is adding a dimmer to the clock, which is pretty bright and it is either on or offline f - but that™™s a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. The microwave runs very quietly. Exhaust fan isn™™t quiet but it performs, and that™™s what matters to me. Additionally, this unit freed up much needed counter space. We are very satisfied with the unit and I totally recommend it. It™™s more expensive than comparable units from competitor brands, but has no issues and I think it™™s money well spent. 5 Stars ??????????

All in all a good space-saving alternative to a full-size microwave, since height is usually not a constraint. A few nits: The corners are sharp, easy to hit your head on; the fan is effective but kinda noisy at high and medium speed; and I would have preferred warm white LED lights. However, well built and easy to use.

We purchased an over the counter range microwave oven. It's very nice and we had it about one month. But, 2 times, it just stopped working. We think it was incorrectly installed by service people from Frigidaire. The guy said the electric wiring wasn't good, so he charged me $120 to fix it - he wasn't an electrician. The microwave worked except for the 2 times it just stopped and got fried out. We called Frigidaire, got an appointment. No one ever showed up and they didn't even have the courtesy to text or call me to let me know. I was told they rejected the service call/cancelled it. This is disgusting. The service call was for 8am to 12 noon, so I woke up early and waited all those hours, for nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM FRIGIDAIRE, OK - lousy service
