This was ordered as a direct replacement for the same model that was available 6 years ago that died. My wife wanted the handles to match the appliance package we bought and the primary reason we purchased this. I have issues with the design, installation and manufacturing quality. Regarding the design, the ability to adjust the top shelf is very limited to just two settings 10.5 and 17 inches. Most quart juice and seltzer bottles are 11™, so that means that you really just have one option which uses a huge amount of space in the fridge. Second is the ridiculous flare in the right side of the crisper door. There is zero crisper storage space to be gained, but forces you to completely open the right hand door to open the crisper. Seems like Frigidaire™™s engineers might want to consult with the usability group on those two items. The installation issue was related to 2 doors not being adjusted high enough so a screw head was scraping against a bracket at the bottom of the door. The fist service call technician said that the delivery people should have adjusted it. Seems to me that should have been adjusted at the factory. Then the top right hinge started squeaking so visit #2 technician lubricated the hinge, said it was bone dry and the factory should have done it and he urged us to buy the extended maintenance plan from them. And just now, I noticed that a minor squeak is back. So, for the ™Professional™ line and 2x the cost of the gallery product, I am just not impressed.

Higher Quality Features and Luxury Look

We are extremely pleased with our new Professional fridge. We looked at MANY refrigerators and this one, by far, is built with higher quality parts and features. We love the side-by-side vs. bottom drawer as it's significantly more easy to organize and fine the items you need. The removable glass shelves make this fridge easier to keep clean than the plastic shelves that allow crumbs and spills to leak between the outer rim and plastic shelf. It also has a luxury look in our kitchen!

Great refrigerator from the moment it was plugged in! It cooled quickly and the lighting is perfect a (on both sides). The drawers and shelves are well designed and have a space for everything. Water dispenser and Ice maker a flawless! The door handles look awesome as well! I love my new refrigerator.

First experience with brand. Bought it in Spring 2021 when not much was available in stores (Covid) but I liked the look and it was good size for my kitchen. (My 21 old Kitchen Aid fridge died) I I quickly noticed that it was not cooling evenly, everything in vegetable section was freezing. Ice maker dispenser was repaired 3 times (or 4), having service people in the house while in the middle of pandemic no fun. Last time ice maker was repaired was in spring 2022, it is getting finicky again and sometimes I have to open and close ice drawer in order to start dispensing.Lately a new issue came up; refrigerator got very loud (nothing changed, it was not moved nor relocated to different spot) and it is annoying with open kitchen.NO, I would not buy it again and would not buy different products same brand.

This refrigerator is very well thought out, I love the space and options for moving shelves to specific need of height. The freezer freezes well without freezer burn and has stacking room. I like this style of freezer better than a drawer style due to visibility of food. The stainless steel is fingerprint proof which is great for kids or high use. I have not had a refrigerator with air filter prior to this one I will be interested to see how it works with more use, and it seems easy to change.
