Customer service has Been so poor

i was so proud to purchase my sister a new range for her birthday. her previous range was purchased 19 years ago and functioned well. but i wanted to get her a new one as a gift. well that has changed. the range to formed a bubble and then cracked. then two more formed and the same thing december into january. she then told me about it. unibombers told her that should not happen ever, even on an older unit less a unit less than 6 months. we contacted customer service and a representative came out. he stated it was not in his responsibility and contact samsung. when i heard this, i was not pleased. how can this be normal use. so i proceeded to call customer service. same poor service. they started just use paint to cover it up. i am sorry, this is a flaw in the product.

Terrible responcibility

range is less than 8 months old and the paint is chipping away where the burner grills contact the range top. it has happened in three places at the point the range top grills contact the range top. the grill cushions are not adequate to distribute the contact point and chip the range top paint. samsung said it was our fault and would not repair or replace the damaged area. their customer service is terrible, beware!

Great Range, with some quality issues.

I love all the features of this range. The double-ring burner is awesome for stir-fry, and boiling water super quickly! The air-fryer option is very convenient. It is super easy to keep clean too. The only issues I have with it, and why I didn't give it a higher rating, is that the broiler is non-functional from the factory, and there were a couple of gas fittings that weren't tightened adequately at the factory.

A Good Upgrade

This is a nice upgrade from our former range. I wasn't sure about the griddle, but it's great for French toast and grilled cheese; didn't like it for bacon, too much splattering of the grease. The burners are hotter than our previous range and unlike our previous range, the oven has more than 3 positions for the shelves, great for last Thanksgiving! Wi-fi is nice to easily set the time.
