Love this refrigerator,y only complain is the difference in the left door vs right door weight. The right door has the hub so it's heavy. Tends to slam and swing, but the left acts normal. The right do can start to get droopy and needs braces to keep it lined up with the left door. Wish they would balance the weight better. Also would like more apps. Hub apps are limited. I love how it communicates with my Samsung range, and how it plays a tune when someone leaves the door open. Wish it would send alerts to my phone as well. It's great being at the store and being able to look inside the refrigerator from my phone to see if I have ingredients. Can't see what's in drawers and on the doors though.

Recently purchased and installed. Works great. Speaker could be better when it comes to playing music, but is sufficient. It def didn't have as many features as my previous Samsung fridge like a light by the water and ice dispenser, a rack in the inside of the freezer, and the inside is so plasticky if that makes sense.

purchased this 2 weeks ago and i am not a fan. the family hub is not easy to navigate. the water dispenser sticks out from the fridge door so it gets banged up everytime my kids decide to swing the door open. the cameras inside are the main reason i wanted this fridge, however they don't really show you the entire fridge. i also do not like that there is no drip tray under the dispenser. the shelves can't really be adjusted much for taller items and the doors have limited space for tall things (this is my fault for not double checking, thought i ordered the model with the fold up shelves).

We bought this Samsung smart fridge and it was able to be shipped the very next day before the shortages and delays spiked. We've had this fridge for almost a year now and I absolutely love seeing it every single day, it plays music, holds beautiful pictures of my family, and helps me understand our family's schedule and weather along with news or anything else I want to be connected to. I appreciate the Spotify plug and Youtube for our little toddler to watch while I cook. I can also ask Bixby to change the channel or play videos in our living room as it works seamlessly with our Smart TVs! Awesome hub! Finally, I love the smart camera feature to see what I have inside while at the store so I can understand if we need more milk or eggs, silly at first, but handy when you are out and about. Freezer space is deep and holds a ton of things, we bought our own 3rd party organizing cubes and it does wonders to keep our fridge clean and organized. I would love if Samsung had their own organizing freezer shelves to help since the freezer pull out is very deep and things can get forgotten. Finally, I love the chime that lets us know if our fridge doors are still open after some time, it helps to make sure we don't miss on our perishables going bad. It even alerts on our Samsung smart devices like TV and mobile app, perfect for those homes who want to stay connected. All in all, we are very pleased and look forward to lots of use out of our fancy fridge! Ps. The Black Stainless steel is a beauty and so easy to clean with our wild child :)

We have had this for about 2 months now and we love it. The ONLY complaint I have is the water/ice dispenser. Its like they went with the cheapest option available for it. There is no light, no options a side from crush which jams up the door hatch. But the fridge and other features are great.

I love this Refrigerator, but I wish that the doors lock for an unwanted guest I went to buy something to put a lock on but the handles are so short you can't connect the bottom to the top lock. didn't want to buy something to stick on it I rather have a rope lock. And the water and ice dispenser did not come with a tray to catch the water and ice as much as it cost!

This fridge opens up so many creative avenues. You can get rid of pictures on your fridge with the photo's slideshow option. The app helps you compile a shopping list for suggested recipes. You can play music on the fridge as you cook or clean. YouTube is also available allowing movies and videos to be watched on the fridge. This fridge is also very spacious to include the freezer. The ice maker is germ free without hand access to retrieve ice. The only way to get it is through the ice distribution. Also, the people who deliver the fridge put it together as well to alleviate any confusion and it's easy to find the replacement water filter on Samsung parts site. So awesome. I've had so much fun with this fridge!!!

Having the refrigerator connected to the internet is awesome. Some of the most useful feature for me are setting multiple timers that all appear on the display, seeing the weather forcast on the display whenever I walk into the kitchen, and the ability to play radio stations or music that are streamed online. I have a 6 year old that can stand in front of the refrigerator and watch Youtube videos for hours. As far as the refrigeration goes, it is very spacious. I like the wide shelves attached to the door. My only complaints are that the actual layout of shelves in the main section of the refrigeration is somewhat constrained. Other Samsung models have shelves that fold/slide, but this model has basic shelves that are fixed in place. Also, the ice dispenser puts out ice slower that what I am used to.

Since owning the refrigerator I have had nothing but problems. Exchanged for another and still the same issues. The techs have no idea how to fix the issues so I have an icebox with great features which are not working properly and no one to repair it. I may need inside cameras now because I am not able to view the inside. The smart view works when it wants with the correct television that was recommended. I would love to be able to use the fridge for what it states it does especially as costly as it was but, now I will have to find a repair company because Samsung is not able to figure out the issues.

This fridge is so spacious. I love that you can see inside without opening the door. The door alarm is great too especially with little kids who sometimes forget to close the door all the way. That has saved our food (we've lost food like that with our old fridge). The only down side is the water part but only because it's so slow. I guess we're so used to things being fast lol. But it's not a enough to deduct any stars because the water filters great and it's worth it. The freezer is also very spacious and easy to accommodate things. I love it, plain and simply love this fridge. Also the added bonus of adding pictures and video clips of my family and notes for them. What's not to love.

don't buy this. we paid many times to fix the ice maker. they fixed the refrigerator many times for different problems. they also build a lot of ice in the back. i paid too much to repair it. it looked like i bought three new refrigerators to pay for the repair. avoid samsung

Solution to complaints of deli drawer

i just got the rf27t5501sg/aa a couple days ago and i had an annoying issue with the deli drawer where sometimes when opening and closing the back wheels on the drawer would fall of the rails and get crooked and not shut right. the problem was the wheels were too tight to the drawer and right on the edges of the rails on both sides so a slight push on one side would make the other side wheel fall of the rail. the solution is to pull out the drawer, get a phillips screwdriver and loosen the screw holding the back wheels on the drawer. this will draw the wheels outwards and closer to the sides of the fridge and thus make them stop riding on the edge of the rails. this solved my issue 100% samsung should put this adjustment in the owners manual or faq

i am so disappointed in the quality of this refrigerator. it lasted less than a year and the compressor went out. a tecnician came and could not fix it which means the refrigerator is now garbage. i was without a fridge for a week and a half. this is very disappointing. i am currently waiting for my refund which i know will take forever. they make it hard for you to get your money back. i am so frustrated, annoyed, mad…i will no longer be purchasing any samsung appliances.

this is a gorgeous fridge, there's no doubt about that, but beware, the ice maker is prone to problems. do a simple google search and you'll see these problems are very common. ever since i've had this fridge, i've had to defrost the ice maker ever few months. recently the ice machine has been getting worse and worse, which has required me to turn the compressor off, leave the door open, and run the internal defroster. well, last night, i did this, business as usual, but now i'm getting an error and the ice machine is not functioning.
